Trantor is a startup founded in 2022 that performs credit evaluations for companies on behalf of businesses that have contracted our services.

• General

  These Terms and Conditions govern the credit evaluation process that Trantor will perform on behalf of the company that has contracted our service.

• About Trantor

  Trantor is a brand belonging to Trantor SpA, incorporated in Chile, with offices at Av. Apoquindo 2930, Of. 201, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.

• Trantor Services

  Trantor is an electronic platform that provides credit risk evaluation services for legal entities on behalf of the company that has contracted our services. Trantor acts under mandate of whoever requests the evaluation.

  How to complete the evaluation?

  Once the company obtains the tax documentation, it can be uploaded to Trantor's platform for analysis. It is assumed that the company has the rights to handle the tax documentation. Trantor will perform all necessary analyses and retain the information for future credit line or risk evaluations.

• Liability

  The approval or rejection of the requested credit is the exclusive decision of the company that contracted the evaluation service, not Trantor. Trantor only accesses the information provided by the company and limits itself to recommending actions based on this information. We are not responsible for decisions made or future consequences derived from such decisions, as our analyses are performed based on the best available information.

• Consent of the Evaluated Party

  Consent to be contacted and evaluated

  The company contracting Trantor's services must have the consent of the evaluated party to be contacted and evaluated by Trantor. By completing the required information, the evaluated party gives consent to Trantor to analyze their tax documentation and generate the risk score. Trantor performs this processing with high security standards.

• Password Security

  Trantor will take all necessary and prudent measures to safeguard the security of entered data. In case of detecting problems, we will notify affected clients.

• Personal Data

  The company contracting Trantor's services declares that it has the consent of the evaluated party to incorporate their personal data in Trantor's database. It is the company's responsibility to ensure that the data is correct and accurate. Trantor guarantees the free exercise of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition rights.

• Scope of Conditions

  At the time of evaluation execution, Trantor will apply the Terms and Conditions in effect at that time.

• Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any controversy or conflict arising from the provision of Trantor's services shall be subject to the applicable laws of the Republic of Chile.
